Secondary high-alumina hanging brick is a refractory material made of high-alumina bauxite as the main raw material, with the main component being alumina (Al₂O₃) with a content of not less than 65%.
It is made by using different grades of bauxite clinker and formula binder, and undergoing multi-level particle ratio high-pressure molding, drying and high-temperature firing. Secondary high-alumina hanging brick has good refractory performance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for various high-temperature industrial furnaces and other environments.
(1) High refractoriness
(2) High wear resistance
(3) High refractoriness under load
(4) Fast heating during low temperature storage
(5) High compressive strength
(6) Excellent corrosion resistance
(1) Ceramic kilns: used for firing ceramic products.
(2) Glass kilns: used for glass production.
(3) Steel smelting furnaces: used for smelting steel.
(4) Other high-temperature equipment: such as cement kilns, fertilizer gasification furnaces, blast furnaces, hot air furnaces, coking furnaces, electric furnaces, foundry and steel-casting bricks, etc.

High alumina poly light brick is a high quality lightweight refractory material.
Checker bricks are heat transfer media used in the regenerative chambers of blast furnaces and hot blast stoves.
Mullite lightweight insulation brick is a high-quality insulation material.
Low creep clay bricks have a low creep rate in high temperature environments and can maintain good shape and dimensional stability for a long time.
Silica-molybdenum bricks have high resistance to chemical erosion and excellent wear resistance, and are the preferred material for the transition zone and preheating zone of large cement kilns.
