Secondary high-alumina arch foot brick is a refractory material made of high-alumina bauxite as the main raw material, with the main component being alumina (Al₂O₃) with a content of not less than 65%.
It is made by using different grades of bauxite clinker and formula binder, and then formed and fired at high temperature. Secondary high-alumina arch foot brick has good refractory performance and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in the top masonry of high-temperature kilns, especially the kiln roof structure of tunnel kilns, which has a decisive influence on the service life of the kiln.
(1) High temperature resistance
(2) Light weight
(3) Low thermal expansion coefficient
(4) High load softening temperature
(1) Iron and steel industry: used in high temperature parts such as electric furnaces and furnace covers.
(2) Chemical industry: used for refractory lining of various chemical reaction equipment.
(3) Cement and glass manufacturing: plays a key role in high temperature kilns to ensure the continuity and stability of the production process.
